Dance Dace Revolution: Hottest Party

by Mickey DeLorenzoFebruary 2, 2007

Konami has just announced a new DDR title for the Wii. If you thought previous titles or even Wii Sports was a workout, then prepare for a heart attack. Not only will the game run via the known dance pad, which will most likely connect via the GameCube port, you’ll also utilize the Wiimote and Nunchuk attachment for added movement. Instead of the usual arrows, symbols for either the Wiimote or the Nunchuk to be moved will be displayed. Multiplayer is supposed to require the players striking any pose they want, as long as they all do the same one.
The release date is to be announced, but by what I have read, it’s still to come out this year.
Catch two videos after the break and read the source for more information regarding songs as well as some screenshots.

Remember this is an early (trial) build.
