I totally forgot about this, I meant to post it last month but I forgot.

Basically, you can reskin Mario Kart Wii.

What You Will Need!

Homebrew Channel
Gamma Back Up Launcher
Wii (Duh)
A Backup Dump File Of Mario Kart Wii
DVD+R (Or DVD-R Whatever You Choose)

GBAtemp has  a video showing how to setup the textures and links to some apps you’ll need.  They also have a bunch of texture “hack” videos.
