Nintendo – "STOP COMPLAINING"

Zelda_Assembly Ok, so maybe I exaggerated a bit with the title. But, that is the overall feeling I got when I read over this tidbit.

People have been complaining that Nintendo is making too few games lately. I know I have at least thought it, and you know you have, too! Well, as it turns out, Nintendo was apparently fed up with complaints in the past about releasing too many titles. This quote sums it up:

“Until now there have been complaints that Nintendo makes too many games or Nintendo dictates too much leadership. Complaining that Nintendo makes too few games is a first, isn’t it?” - Japanese Nintendo PR

Do I detect a bit of frustration in that last sentence, or is it just me?

    … in all the years, in all the blogs, in allllll the world, I’ve sooo never read ‘oh, nintendo makes TOO many games!’.. Man, their head is so far up their own ass lately.

    Ha, Nintendo games are the best out there, always were. I don’t know why anyone but a third-party developer would complain.

    Maybe the complaints are all in Japan :S
