VDIGI VD-W3 Wii HDMI Upscaler Processor – Test 1

I recently was asked to demo and review the VDIGI VD-W3 Wii HDMI Upscaler Processor.  This unit boasts an upscaled 1080p output for the Wii console.  So far, I have connected the unit to my Wii and 1080p HDTV.  Below is a quick video comparison.  Expect more later after I spend more time with it.  I am also experiencing sound issues, which might be due to the HDMI cable bundled with the unit.  I am currently speaking with a VDIGI representative to figure out a solution.
