Pokédex 3D Coming to 3DS eShop

We have an official Nintendo 3DS eShop launch title confirmed! Pokedex 3D features all the Pokemon from Black and White versions, is free to download, uses SpotPass, and contains Augmented Reality features.

You start with 16 Pokemon and can unlock the rest by scanning QR codes, using SpotPass (up to 3 random Pokemon a day), or by trading data with friends (StreetPass?). You can view the Pokemon in 3D and rotate them in full 360 degrees. And yes, the AR capability lets you take photos with them.

More photos are available on Nintendo World Report.

With the Nintendo 3DS eShop launching on June 6, we may hear more sneak peaks, so stay close for breaking news.
