Nintendo Download – April 12, 2012

Dear Nintendo fans, I regret to inform you that it seems like the downloadable market is dying. Two weeks ago, we had only two new games. Last week, it was up to three. This week, we are back down to two. The crazy thing is that we know of many games and apps that have been developed, but are still waiting for approval. So, it is not like there is a lack of content available.

Whatever the case, here is this week’s Nintendo Download. On the 3DS eShop, you can get Ketzal’s Corridors, an action-puzzle game where you can save the spirit world. For DSiWare, Anne’s Doll Studio: Tokyo Collection can now find a new home on your 3DS or DSi. The only other thing Nintendo found worth mentioning is a new video on the 3DS Nintendo Video app. Death Cab for Cutie’s music video “Underneath the Sycamore” will be available on April 14. Yes, that is correct. You have to wait, meaning that April 12 means only two new downloadable items.

Be sure to check out the price list and official press release below, and let us know if you download a game/app and what you think.

3DS eShop (3DS)

  • Ketzal’s Corridors ($6.99)

DSiWare (DSi/3DS)

  • Ann’s Doll Studio: Tokyo Collection ($4.99 / 500 Points)
