Nintendo Download – July 19, 2012

by Steve CullumJuly 19, 2012

Nintendo’s 8-bit summer continues for the Nintendo 3DS eShop with 4 new titles.  Sadly the Wii Shop doesn’t have a single new title available this week.

Are you a fan of Kid Icarus?  Well there is good news for you as the original Gameboy title Kid Icarus – Of Myths and Monsters is now available in the Nintendo eShop for just $3.99.

Tumble Pop is a platformer that the player uses a vacuum to clean up pollution in 8 different worlds.  The Phantom Thief Stina and 30 Jewels is a real time strategy game where the player plots and steals jewels while escaping capture.  Masyu By Nikoli is puzzle game where you draw lines through white spacing while adhering to the rules of the game.  Rabi Lady 2 is a follow up the original action puzzle where Rabi and Lady must work together to escape from a twisted world in which they were brought to.  Finally, Petit Computer is a new application that allows the player to develop their own games, music with a simple to learn basic programming.  You can share these via the web and also through QR codes.

What do you think of this week’s releases? What game gets you excited to play? Let us know in the comments below or in our forums! Be sure to check out the price list and official press release below, and let us know if you download a game/app and what you think.
