Details on Ace Attorney 5 and Monster Hunter 4 from Japan

Earlier today, Nintendo of Japan posted a special Nintendo Direct video with information specific to two upcoming games in well-known Capcom franchises: Ace Attorney and Monster Hunter. Below is a quick summary of what was shown and said. Remember, though, that all this information is specific to Japan. Nothing is known for North America yet. Perhaps that will be known in just two weeks at E3.

  • Ace Attorney 5 will launch on July 25. The game takes place one year after the events of AA4, and an eShop demo will be available in June.
  • Monster Hunter 4 will launch for Nintendo 3DS on September 14. Weapons have advanced, and you can also choose from two new ones: souchuukan and a charge axe. A 3D version of the trailer is available now in the eShop.

Big thanks to @Cheesemeister3k on Twitter for the translations from Japanese!
