If you are like me, the thought of collecting all the amiibo from the Super Smash Bros. series was a bit overwhelming. So, when the Super Mario series was announced, I was excited, because they would be easier to collect. All I had to do was get Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Toad, Peach, and Bowser. However, after seeing screenshots and documents from Mario Party 10, many people started wondering if there were more to this collection than originally announced.

Nintendo Spain just sent out a press release confirming that there will, in fact, be at least three more amiibo in the Super Mario series. Rosalina, Wario, and Donkey Kong are all set to release on March 20, alongside Mario Party 10. Here is a Google translation that section of the press release:

The March 20 comes a new collection of ad hoc amiibo made for Mario Party 10: Super Mario Collection, which includes new amiibo Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Yoshi, Bowser, Estela, Donkey Kong and Wario.

Currently, though, no stores have these three available for pre-order, and Nintendo of America has not said a word about these amiibo. If this is true, though, the Super Mario amiibo series is beginning to be a bit more pricey to collect them all. My wallet is starting to scream.
