It’s been officially announced.  Finally, the service/club that many in North America have wanted for so long will soon be a reality.  Nintendo recently announced that we will have Club Nintendo (similar to Europe and Japan) by the end of 2008.
According to a recent announcement from Nintendo, the Wii Speak Channel will come with the Wii Speak peripheral (and will be available November 16).  After using the included certificate to download the channel, you will be able to chat with up to 3 other Wii consoles at one time.  You may also send voice messages.

I just finished my first 9 holes of “Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09 All-Play.”  To start with, I hope EA drops the “All-Play” part of the name, because that’s just too long to type/say.  Speaking of which, I did not try the All-Play, but jumped right in to the front 9 of Pebble Beach.  Here’s my first impressions. Look – […]
According to the official Nintendo Press Release, 6 Marriott and Renaissance hotels will soon have access to Wii.  Nintendo has supplied them with specially designed Wii that have 20 games built in.  I’m curious how they have done this, considering the storage issue we are having…  Anyway, if you check into one of these hotels, please share your experience with […]
I just finished Area 1 of Wario Land: Shake It, and I have to say I am pretty impressed.  Initially, I did not think I would like it, being sold as a full game (so I rented).  I was not sure how a side-scroller could be good enough for a non-downloadable Wii game.  Because of my unexpected happiness, I decided […]
Here it is…  The NEW DS you’ve all been waiting for.  Who needs bigger screens, more powerful Wi-Fi, or even a digital camera?  All we need is a DS Lite that actually has a light and mirrored screens!  Even better, it can fit on your keychain. Ok, hopefully you can tell I’m merely joking about this being the new model, […]
