Well, I waited on line at Nintendo World in New York City for half an hour to buy Wii Fit, then I had to walk from around 50th street down to 33rd with that heavy box to catch my train home, but I finally got me a copy of the game, and I played over an hour’s worth.
11/05, Australia: On Friday I returned home to an early birthday gift from my sister after being out of town for four weeks. I eagerly opened it and jumped for joy at the site of Wii Fit. I put the batteries into the board, inserted the disc and began the game. After going through my body tests, I got into […]

Follow the Jump to find out my impressions of Dementium: The Ward, as well as a video of the first few minutes of the game.
IGN wrote about their first impressions of the game and had nothing but amazing things to say about it. I extracted some of the best quotes: “Not only does Corruption run in both 480p and 16:9 widescreen (another first for the series), but it dishes out larger, more detailed environments, crisper textures, dramatically improved particle effects, depth of field blur, […]
I’ve been playing Mario Strikers: Charged since Friday (3 days ago). I figured I’d write some of my thoughts on the game. First thing is first, Online Gameplay! Let me just tell you, it’s intense! After a bunch of server glitches early on, it’s been up and running pretty flawlessly, no lag, no disconnects. My first experience online was with […]

First impressions when starting a run down the virtual mountains of Blur: they’ve got some nice lighting, looking directly at the sun at the top of the slope makes for some beyond-Gamecube graphical effects; this is hard to control, using the nunchuk for movement, the Wiimote for tricks; I don’t get it; I keep falling down, followed by some violent […]

For those who don’t know, the Wii News Channel is now available, one day earlier than the January 27th date that had previously been announced as the release. While I haven’t had much time to play around with it, I will say the loading screen is a little strange, with a random cat sitting on top of the screen. But […]
Well, I got this game on Friday and have to say that it’s not too bad. The main story will take you about 1 hour to blast through and will teach you all the different ways to hold the remote as well as how to play. You have to play through all of the single player before you unlock the […]
GamePro talks about how Nintendo held an invite only game session. At the session apparently Metroid Prime 3 Corruption stole the show: Metroid Prime 3: Corruption Definitely stole the the show. The graphics looked amazing  better than Halo 2 on the Xbox without a doubt  and the levels showed off sparkling details, proving the Wii is far more […]
