Sakurai announced that Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS will have customized fighters. You can adjust the fighting style of the characters and use them in “with friends” mode online.

Want to bring Nintendo toys into your games? Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart 8, Captain Toad, and Yoshi’s Wooly World will all implement the new Amiibo figurines via NFC. In 2015, Nintendo will put out a peripheral for you to use Amiibo with 3DS, too.
