Get ready for Nindies@Home! In an effort to put more focus on the independent Nintendo developers (aka Nindies), you can download nine of their E3 demos from the Wii U eShop from June 15-22, 2015.
Nintendo announced today that it will sponsor a new exhibit at Seattle’s EMP Museum, showcasing the exciting world of independent video games. The Indie Game Revolution exhibit kicks off on Nov. 8, 2014.
If you are in the Culver City, CA, area on October 10-12, 2014, you will want to head over to IdieCade. This year, Nintendo is bringing 15 games to show off with hands-on playable content. In addition, they are bringing many of the developers behind the games (who they are calling “Nindies”) to show off their work and talk with attendees.
Nintendo will showcase a large number of indie games, which use Unity Pro, at GDC 2014. Their new Nintendo Web Framework will also be on display for the first time in a Mario vs. Donkey Kong demo.
Nintendo is bringing a number of indie games to the Wii U and 3DS eShop this winter and spring. Here are their current release dates.
