Miiverse Update Improves Screenshots

Our favorite Miiverse host, Tom, just informed us of an update to Nintendo’s gaming social network on Wii U, 3DS, and the web. The update involves the use of screenshots. I’ll go ahead and let Tom tell you the details:

You can now attach a screenshot in your Screenshot Album to the Discussions section and to the comments! Until now you were able to attach screenshots in your Screenshot Album to the Play Journal and Drawings sections, and now you can attach them to posts and comments in all three sections. Changes Coming to Miiverse

Some big changes are coming to Miiverse this summer. In a recent update, Tom shared the details of the upcoming redesign. Overall, it looks much prettier, but some players might find issue with a few changes that go beyond design.

You will soon have a private screenshot album for all your screenshots. Your play journal, which takes the place of general activity feed posts, allows you to journal your game progress easily. The design for each community will reflect three categories: play journals, drawings, and discussion. Also, you will no longer be restricted to post every three minutes.
